The trip offers an excellent way to experience the best of Nepal in a reasonable amount of time, giving riders an amazing Royal Enfield riding adventure. The tour mainly covers paved roads and is suitable for intermediate riders. It’s a more relaxed ride compared to our other tours, making it perfect for those who want to sit back and enjoy the sound of the single-cylinder engine while cruising.

Itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu
Airport pickup and hotel transfer. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival and are assigned their rooms. Briefing with the Road Captain and supporting crew on safety and security measures for Nepal's roads, followed by an introduction to Royal Enfield motorcycles. Keys are handed over to guests before a short ride around Kathmandu Valley for bike familiarization. In the evening, there is a briefing about the bike tour and road conditions at the hotel lobby, followed by a welcome dinner at a typical Nepali restaurant. Then back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 02

Ride to Nuwakot via Tokha
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will begin our journey towards Tokha, an ancient settlement of Kathmandu Valley with over 2000 years of history. The village is characterized by tightly packed houses and narrow lanes, reflecting traditional architectural styles with ancient pagoda temples. Our ride will then continue towards Trishuli via the newly constructed road of Shivapuri National Park. The smooth ride on the blacktopped pitch road through dense forests and beautiful villages will lead us to Trishuli before continuing onward to Nuwakot, approximately 7 km away. Upon arrival, hotel rooms will be assigned, and you are free to explore the village or relax for the remainder of the day. A brief overview of the next day's activities will be provided followed by dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03

Ride to Gorkha
After having breakfast in the morning, we will continue our journey through Galchi via a well-paved road, passing small charming villages along the Trishuli River. Then we will travel westward to reach Muglin where we'll stop for lunch. After lunch, our route will take us further west as we cross the newly constructed bridge and follow the Marsyangdi River until Abukhaireni (approximately 8 km from Muglin). Upon reaching Abukhaireni, we will turn right and proceed towards Gorkha (around 27 km from there). Gorkha holds historical significance related to Gorkhali soldiers and modern Nepal. You can enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Manaslu (the world's 8th highest peak), along with the Gorkha palace and Kalika temple perched on a hill. Once in Gorkha, rooms will be assigned accordingly, allowing everyone to relax and explore around this fascinating area for the rest of the evening.

Day 04

Sightseeing in Gorkha and then Ride to Pokhara
After enjoying breakfast in the morning, begin a sightseeing tour of Gorkha Palace, which involves climbing around 1700 steps to reach the top of the hill at an elevation of 3281 feet. From there, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, Himalchuli, and Ganesh along with a panoramic view of Gorkha Bazar. The palace showcases ancient Newar architecture and intricate wood-carved buildings. You'll also have the opportunity to see the beautiful Goddess Gorakhkali Temple and the Gurka historic museum.
Following your sightseeing adventure, return back on the road towards Abukhaireni (approximately 27 km). At Abukhaireni, you will join Prithvi Highway for our journey to Pokhara city which sits at an altitude of 884 m above sea level—a popular destination among tourists due to its stunning panoramic views of Mt. Fishtail and Annapurna ranges as well as opportunities for boating on Phewa Lake or simply relaxing by its serene shores.
Upon reaching Pokhara city, guests will be assigned their respective rooms located near lakeside surroundings where one can spend the rest of the evening exploring the lakeside area or embark upon further sightseeing adventures within Pokhara Valley.

Day 05

Ride to Tatopani
After an early morning meal at the hotel, proceed on a ride from Pokhara to Beni along the Baglung Highway for about 70 km. This section offers stunning views of the mountains and terraced farmlands, making it enjoyable. During this journey, one can also visit Nepal's renowned Kusma suspension bridge.
The road from Beni to Tatopani is rough and unpaved with several potholes, presenting a real challenge for riders as they navigate occasional river crossings. Following the Kali Gandaki River, this route also traverses through the world's deepest gorge—the Kali Gandaki gorge.
One will notice continuous changes in topography until reaching Tatopani. Here lies a natural hot spring that is popular among trekkers for its therapeutic properties and relaxing experience in its naturally heated waters. The village was named Tatopani due to this significant feature which means hot water in Nepali.
Upon arrival at Tatopani, accommodations will be provided before allowing guests to explore around the village or indulge in a soothing session at the natural hot springs.

Day 06

Ride to Muktinath
After an early morning meal, continue the journey along the Kali Gandaki River, passing through Dana, Ghasa, and Lete. The route offers stunning views of Mt. Nilgiri South (7,061m), Dhaulagiri (8,167m), and Tukuche (6,920m). You'll witness a dramatic change in landscape from lush green forests to dry desert terrain as you make your way toward Jomsom on a dusty and bumpy off-road path that passes small villages and apple orchards. Despite its challenges, this ride provides a thrilling experience with breathtaking vistas of unique landscapes, beautiful waterfalls, quaint villages, mountainscapes, apple orchards, ancient Buddhist monasteries including many other attractions.
Upon reaching Kagbeni, it's just 40 minutes from there to Muktinath where you can enjoy smooth black-topped roads for most of the journey. After arriving at Muktinath, you will check into your assigned hotel rooms. In the evening, take time to visit the revered Muktinath Temple; one of the world’s highest-located temples situated at an altitude of 3,710m which holds sacred significance for both Hindus and Buddhists alike.

Day 07

Ride to Kalopani
After having breakfast, revisit the path and ride down to Kagbeni, located at an elevation of 2,800m and serving as the entry point to Upper Mustang. The village sits on the banks where the Kali Gandaki River meets the Jhong River. Its closely clustered houses made of mud and bricks, dark stoned pathways, red monastery, and intricate chortens add to its charm. We will then continue our journey back to Marpha village while passing through Jomsom village.
Marpha is renowned for its apple orchards and organic apple products; we'll stop here for lunch. This large settlement of Thakali people exhibits typical Thakkhola architecture featuring flat roofs, narrow passages, and alleys. After lunch, we'll ride back for about one-and-a-half hours to Kalopani where we will check in at a hotel. Take some time to explore around the village before enjoying a relaxing remainder of your day there.

Day 08

Ride to Pokhara
This marks the final day of our challenging and dusty journey, with the toughest section ahead early in the morning. We'll retrace the trail to Tatopani, pass through the Jaleshwor settlement, and finally reach Beni. The road conditions from here are moderately uneven, taking less than 3 hours to arrive in Pokhara. Upon reaching Pokhara, you can check into a hotel and receive your room keys. The rest of the day is yours to relax and explore around Lakeside.

Day 09

Exploration Day
Today in Pokhara is free and relaxing. You can take a leisurely stroll around the lakeside and enjoy sightseeing in the city. If you're feeling adventurous, there are options for activities such as bungee jumping, ultralight flights, zip-lining, boating, etc., which may involve extra charges. Lunch and dinner will be provided at the hotel. Tomorrow's ride and overnight stay details will be briefed shortly.

Day 10

Ride to Tansen
After having breakfast at the hotel, take a ride to Tansen. Tansen is renowned for its artistic Newari houses and cobblestone streets. It is located at an elevation of 1,343 meters on the slopes of Shreenagar hill. From Tansen, you can enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Dhaulagiri and Mt. Gaurishankar. Another notable attraction in Tansen is the Rani Mahal in Palpa. Upon reaching Tansen, proceed to check in to the hotel where room keys will be provided.

Day 11

Ride to Chitwan National Park
After having breakfast, we travel on a paved road downhill towards Butwal, which is around 39 km from Tansen. We pass through scenic settlements, hills, and forests before reaching Butwal. From there, we proceed to Chitwan National Park.
Chitwan National Park holds the distinction of being Nepal's first and oldest national park established in 1973. It was also recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984 and covers an area of 932 square kilometers. The park is home to one-horned rhinoceroses, bison, sloth bears, leopards, deer, monkeys, 400 species of birds, and diverse flora. In the evening, enjoy a specially organized cultural program for guests followed by dinner at the hotel where you will be staying overnight.

Day 12

Ride to Kulekhani Dam
After an early breakfast, we embark on our journey from Chitwan to Hetauda which is approximately a 1.5-hour ride. Upon reaching Hetauda, we take the Kulekhani-Pharping road via the famous Kulekhani Dam, also known as Indrasarovar. Take some time to rest and relax by the dam before continuing our ride back to Kathmandu through Sisneri, Dakshinkali, Pharping, and Chovar.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, it's time to bid farewell to the Road Captain and supporting team.
